Below is a list of proposed names and my reasonings for choosing these. These are also listed in order of personal preference.
Project Jovial
Project Jovial was chosen because both words are quite literal when describing the story idea initially. This ‘project’ is advertised as the perfect escape for people, a place where they can be happy. Jovial as a definition literally means cheerful and happy which to the main character and the player, it’s safe to assume the perfect city is real.
Let’s Be Nice
Let’s Be Nice is a less serious name but was proposed to act as a rough guide to the player. If they are nice they will have a better experience. However this also lets the player go against the advice which changes how the story develops. If this name was chosen, Project Jovial (as a name) would still operate inside the story but would be separate to the external use.
Paradox City
Paradox city is a simple and literal name for the story once again, however it would only be used externally and would not be referred to inside the story.
It Ends The Same
It Ends The Same was chosen to act as an unusual name for the project. However it is last in terms of preference due to the fact it would possibly deter people from playing since initially they would feel like there is no control in the story. Although it would work for some who like the idea, I personally don’t think it is better than the previously suggested names.

Below is a list of movies, games or TV shows which I have researched and taken inspiration from initially to develop my idea. This could be setting, rough storyline or even inspiration for characters.
