In this post I will detail my 3D characters body style and how they perform and act, as well as there personality and how this will influence the design.
Body Style
Due to the nature of my characters background, his body style is on the larger side with broad shoulders which makes him quite strong. After living in the woods and having to gather his own wood, this gave him his strength although he may appear to be stocky. With all this combined, my character has the power to deal a great deal of damage with a swing of an axe for example, but not necessarily outrun someone who is more agile than him which would be a weakness.
Below is some visual images that detail his body type underneath the jumpsuit, as well as some strengths and weaknesses in relation to the body style.
Personality
Since my character is looking for revenge, his personality has changed from an innocent wood chopper who isolates himself away from society and looks to stay out of trouble so he can enjoy his life. Now he has become a rage fuelled psycho killer who wants to brutally kill all those who took away what he loved most.
Some of his traits include
- A lack of sympathy
- Murdering without reason on occasions
- No feeling regret
- Going the extra mile to ensure a victim is in pain
However he keeps some of his old traits under certain circumstances, such as
- Not killing innocent families or those that are poor; only the rich and those who hurt others should suffer
- Wildlife and house animals are protected, not hunted
- If someone is in danger, they will be helped
These all contribute to my characters personality and actions, with the majority of toxic traits only being used when in the presence of those he hunts, for example the rich who killed the deer in his woods. These traits will also be visible within the clothing and details of my character, with blood spots seen on his hands and clothes for example. This shows he is a killer and has no regret for what he is doing, but also takes pride in helping clean society of bad people.
